sporten bij TomFitHet is al weer december, dat betekent dat de laatste wedstrijden voor de winterstop worden gespeeld. Dat betekent 1 of 2 maanden geen sport. Met de donkere en koude dagen in het vooruitzicht is het ook lastig om van de bank te komen en tijdens de feestdagen eet en drink je ook nog eens meer dan normaal. Maar wil jij ook fitter dan ooit de winterstop uit komen en laten zien aan je trainer, leider of teamgenoten dat jij helemaal klaar bent om de tweede seizoenshelft in te gaan? Meld je dan aan voor het WintersTopFit programma van TomFit.

Wat is het dan voor programma?
Ben je lid van een sportvereniging in Nijkerk, dan kun je de maanden december en januari voor maar 5 euro per week onbeperkt sporten bij TomFit. Er zijn verschillende mogelijkheden zoals onder andere Bootcamp, BoksFit, Circuittraining of vrije training. (Personal training en BikeFit  zijn niet inbegrepen).
